Local Departments Sign Up for Payroll Deductions

Welcome Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office

LA-COPS is pleased to announce that the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office has joined the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office and the Alexandria Police Department to support C.O.P.S. through the payroll deduction program.  We are asking that law enforcement agencies across the state consider making LA-COPS payroll deduction available to their employees who wish to donate.  For information on how to set up the payroll deduction system, contact an LA-COPS executive board member.  Survivors are finding that there is no such thing as “closure” and they may need the support of COPS for many years  -- and you can help COPS  be there for them.  In Law-Enforcement, we say, “We take care of our own!”  Let’s prove it!

Survivors, encourage your officer’s agency to participate.
