Summer Camp/Retreat – June 11 - 13

LA-COPS’ summer camp/retreat will be held at Tall Timbers Baptist Conference Center near Alexandria in central Louisiana , www.lbc.org/talltimbers.  Tall Timbers offers a serene peaceful setting for meditation and reflection as well as a variety of recreational activities; swimming pool, lake, pavilion, game room & recreation field.   There will be peer sharing groups, fun and fellowship.  You are welcome but not required to participate in any activity that you choose.  Professional counselors, Bob & Olga Bauer from New York will be available for personal, private sessions.  Lodging will be in "hotel" rooms with 2 full beds. Meals will be provided in the cafeteria.  Your only cost will be your transportation.

 Registration is required to attend; to reserve your room call 337.842.8680 NOW or email cops@la-cops.org NOW. You must register even if you are only attending for part of the retreat.  The number of rooms is limited, so please don’t wait!! 

We will arrive Friday afternoon, June 11 and depart by noon, Sunday, June 13.  7 RV slots are available but you must reserve them yourself with Tall Timbers (318) 445-6797.  Chapter merchandise (t-shirts, etc) will be available at the retreat.

Annual Meeting –Saturday, June 12, 10 AM – NOON.

If you are attending only the meeting and events on Saturday, call 337.842.8680 NOW with the number of adults and children and ages of children. RSVP is required! We need this information to plan for lunch and events for the children.
